The company sponsorring you needs to supply the following documents.

- Copy of the Company’s act ( Akta Notaris)
- Copy of the Gazetting of articles of Incorporation ( SK- Kehakiman)
- Copy of the Company’s Locality letter ( Surat Domisili )
- Copy of the Company’s Tax Number (NPWP)
- Copy of the Company’s Business License Letter (SIUP)
- Copy of the Company’s Registration Certificate (TDP)
- Copy of the Director’s identity card (KTP/KITAS)

Foreign applicants papers needed to frocess this visa :
- Copy of the foreigner’s passport ( all pages) that remains valid for the rest of 18 months.
- Curriculum Vitae
- Copy of Diploma
- Passport sized photographs with red backgrounds.

If you want to take your family with you, we need the following documents :
- Copy of the wife’s and children’s passport.
- Copy of the marriage certificate.
